I would like to speak with someone at this company regarding the customer service three different people received from this company today.
A gentleman going by the name "Billy," who harnessed an Indian accent, not only hung up on two people who called earlier, but, when asked to speak with someone to file a complaint about service, denied it. When told the Better Business Bureau was to be contacted, he said, in no uncertain terms, "Take your better business bureau and stick it up your ***, you *****," before hanging up again.
When I called to speak with customer service or human resources, thinking he may respond differently to a male, I was placed on hold for several minutes. When I called a different number moments later, I was placed directly onto hold, playing the same music I had been listening to on the other line, without having even having spoken with an individual.
Using this company for your limousine rentals is something I cannot advise.
