I can't say enough about this company. My friends and I had a great time. It is the only way to go. The driver arrive on time. The limo was so nice and clean. We really appreciated the ice and water. The driver was very polite and pleasant to us. He knew exactly where to go. He dropped us off at the front entrance, gave us his card in case we needed to call him but that wasn't necessary as he knew when we would be getting out of the theater and was right there to pick us up. We were so impressed and excited about the limo ride as it wasn't our first time in a limo. I've since recommend Black Star Limo to everyone I know and they have been very happy with the company. The limo was super clean and comfortable. What more does one need? It was a perfect ride. I will definately call them again.

I use limousines often, and did not realize how poorly other companies do business. Black Star Limo is far superior to every other company I have used. I will only be doing business with this company from here on out!! Clean cars, on time, great price and service!!

I recently traveled to Miami (once again) and chose Black Star Limousine for our luxury transportation services. I chose this company because each time I have used their service I am always met promptly by a courteous and well groomed driver with a top notch limo. The limos are clean and new. It was an important business trip for me and I wouldn't want to chance going with a company other than Black Star Limo. I always worry about being on time in business, and so I arrive at the pickup spot early before the designated time that my clients are due. My husband and I recently used Black Star Limo for our airport transfers and were pleasantly surprised at the outstanding service we received. The driver (or chauffeur, as he was extremely professional) assisted us with our luggage.. our day of departure was easy as well as the limo was there as promised and on time... I have used several car services in Miami who were all nothing more than taxi services.. employing slobs in suits... but this one is great. I highly recommend them.

I strongly reconmend this company, I'm always traveling out of the country and use Black Star Limo for my airports runs, they are always on time and their drivers are very polite.

If you use this company you will regret it. I used them for an airport transfer. Several weeks afterward I was erroneously billed for service on a completely date that I never reserved, used, etc. I have tried to contact them numerous times through phone and e-mail. They refuse to return calls and when I filed a complaint with BBB they lied and said I never tried to call them although I have phone records and e-mails to prove that I did contact them. I even talked to the "manager" at some point who promised someone in Billing would call me back and that never occurred either. When you call the company someone in Reservations always the phone but no one in Customer Service ever answers the phone even though their hours are supposed to be 10 - 5. I recommend using any company EXCEPT this one.
