We had a great experience with Jay and "Cousin Lee"! The birthday girl and her friends LOVED the limo ride. We felt taken care of from pick-up to drop-off. We will definitely use them again. Although it's always sad to end our visits to PARADISE, Jay's Limousine Service arrives on-time and safely conveys us to the airport. Hassle-free, concierge level service ALWAYS makes us smile. Thank you, Jay, for the superb service on Aug 18, 2007. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the specialness of the 60th Birthday Celebration provided by our chauffeur, Frank. We felt like queens for the entire evening because of Frank's attentiveness. I look forward to "doing it again"...soon.

I used Jay's to pick up my niece and nephew from the airport. From making the arrangements all the way to the final dropoff, things could NOT have been more perfect. Thank you so much for being a part of their amazing Hawaiian vacation

It was my trip of a lifetime and Jays sevice was great. I called on short notice at the end of my cruise because I had told them the wrong time for pick-up. Beacuse the car that I had requested was not available Jay sent a stretch SUV!! It was awsome, everone else waiting was jealous! Would definately use again and recommend.

I took 5 other women to Hawaii with me. We did the luau experience and used Jay's to get us from Waikiki to Paradise Cove and back. Most of us had never set foot in a limo. Our driver, Tommy, was on time. He was friendly and courteous. AND.. he took all the ribbing six women could give him, answered a million questions and gave back alot of smiles. We had a no-stress 30 minute ride to the luau and back. Our hire did not provide alcohol but there was cold, bottled water. We were told that if we wished to bring additional beverages we were welcome to do so. Also..when I inquired about the prices for the limo I spoke to Jay directly. He gave me a quote via email. When I went to make the reservation he said he had made a mistake in the price (in my favor) but would honor it anyway (which he did without any problem). It was a great experience!

This was our 2nd trip to Hawaii and my boys' 1st time in a limo. Although we were just taking the limo for airport transfer, our driver took us by a few places of interest and gave us great ideas for activities (which we did and the kids loved) before taking us to our hotel. All our needs/requests were honored, the limo was in excellent condition and the service was above and beyond what I'd expected. We will DEFINITELY use Jay's again.

Jays Limousine Service is the best!!! On the day of the wedding, the bride decides she wants to get picked up early and even changes her mind twice. Jay agrees to it all and even picks up her and her family in an upgraded limo. I could not believe the wonderful communication he and his company have with their clients. They treat everyone with respect and professionalism. It made wedding planning a snap! Thank you.

Jay worked very hard to identify our needs and exceeded expectations on all of them. I had a special need with my aging father and Jay was sensitive, courteous, and made sure that he was safe and comfortable. He was also good about the fact that he really was serving two clients: me and my father (the actual passenger). He was prompt, professional, and made everyone at ease.
